Wrexham Mullin Song

Fan Favorite Elliot Lee Mullins Departs Wrexham

Reason Behind the Departure Still Remains Unknown

Former Fan Favorite is Now a Free Agent

Wrexham AFC has confirmed that forward Elliot Lee Mullins has left the club by mutual consent.

Mullins, 30, joined Wrexham in 2020 and quickly became a fan favorite with his goalscoring exploits.

He netted 20 goals in 81 appearances for the Dragons, including the winner in the famous FA Cup victory over Coventry City.

However, Mullins has struggled for game time this season, making just one start in the National League.

It is understood that Mullins requested a move away from the Racecourse Ground in search of regular football.

Wrexham manager Phil Parkinson said: "Elliot has been a great servant to the club and we thank him for his contribution.

"He is a popular figure among the fans and we wish him all the best for the future."

Mullins is now a free agent and is free to join any club.

It remains to be seen where Mullins will end up, but he is sure to be a valuable asset to any team.

Mullins' departure leaves Wrexham with just two recognized strikers in Paul Mullin and Ollie Palmer.

It is likely that Parkinson will look to bring in a replacement for Mullins in the January transfer window.
